Royall Bryan
Founder, Advocate & Outreach Coordinator
Royall created the IOWVW Blog in January 2020 as a way to bring more information on victim services to the public. She works for IOWVW as a Victim Advocate & the Community Outreach Coordinator.

Royall earned her BA in Sociology/Anthropology from Christopher Newport University ('18). There, she minored in Writing and served as the Editor-In-Chief of a chapter of a women's online media organization. In December of '19, she earned her MA in Government/International Relations from Regent University.
Frank 'Rett' Edwards
Intern, IOW Commonwealth Attorney's Office
Frank Edwards is a writer for the blog. He is currently a high school senior at Isle of Wight Academy and plans on attending college this fall. For the past few months, he has interned in the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, during which he has assisted with multiple cases in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
Arielle Hendrix
Victim Advocate, York-Poquoson Victim Assistance Program
Arielle joined the IOWVW Blog as a way to bring more awareness to victim’s issues by writing about topics she is passionate about. Arielle has been Victim Advocate with the York-Poquoson Victim/Witness Assistance Program since November 2018.
Arielle graduated from Lynchburg College in 2014 with a BA in Criminology. She has prior experience as a Deputy with the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office and as the Assistant Director of the Hanover County Victim/Witness Program. Arielle hopes to continue her education and training to specialize in crimes against children.
